At the Hafven Innovation Hub she is responsible for the Impact Accelerator Program and drives forward topics around startups, collaboration, new work, corporate innovation and transformation. The graduate product designer is also co-founder of the Prototypenparty and works as an innovation consultant for companies. Previously Roloff build up the Entrepreneurship Center at the Hanover University of Applied Sciences "Nexster". She is active as a lecturer, reviewer and juror in the Startup Ecosystem and has worked in Europe as well as in Brazil, Indonesia, Rwanda and Zimbabwe. Her mission is to empower change maker using empathy, creativity, agile working methods and new technologies to develop user-centered, scalable business models with positive impact.
