Ein Satz? Das bin nicht ich ;-) I am the deputy general manager and head of the "Advising companies" field of action. This includes IHK activities such as business start-up or innovation advice, successor moderation or the strategic development of new networks. I also manage the IHK office in Wolfsburg and am the spokesman for digitization at the IHK Lower Saxony. As a native of Emsland, I studied economic geography and spatial planning in Dortmund, San Diego and Kiel. I came to the IHKLW in 2008 and went through different functions (advisor in the main management, advisor for trade and city centre, management of the business juniors, head of the Celle office). So I know all three IHKLW locations (Lüneburg, Celle and Wolfsburg) not only through my work, but also as a resident. With openness to new people and topics, I have created a resilient regional network in business, politics and administration, which I use profitably for the interests of the IHKLW companies. What professional advice has inspired or helped you? Don't discriminate between people and treat everyone with respect. Who would I like to have a coffee with? With my wife. We have three young children and both have demanding jobs. Unfortunately, that falls a bit short. What dream would you like to fulfill? We enjoyed parental leave in Thailand so much that we now want to travel to Vietnam, for example, for a few weeks. what makes me happy Sport, family and relevant tasks at work. What is my life motto?
